01What it is worth

Three things a working automation layer changes

We are not selling AI. We are selling the result of putting it in the right place.

Save time

Take manual admin off the team

The repetitive steps between systems get done by a workflow instead of a person. Same output, without the hours.

Protect revenue

Stop losing work in the gaps

Every enquiry is captured, qualified and followed up on a schedule, so good opportunities do not depend on someone remembering.

Create capacity

Take on more before you hire

When the admin layer runs itself, the same team handles more clients. Headcount becomes a choice rather than a fix.

02Selected work

03What we build

The operational problems we remove

Start with the problem, not the technology. We build operational and commercial workflows around the tools your team already uses.

Admin and workflow automation

Teams lose hours a week to repetitive steps: rekeying the same data, moving files, chasing the next person in the chain.

We map how work actually moves, then rebuild the repetitive stretch as a monitored workflow that runs on its own and tells you when it does not.

How it runs today manual
  1. A job is confirmed in one system
  2. Someone rekeys the details into two others
  3. A checklist is copied from last time
  4. The next person finds out by email
How it runs after automated
  1. A job is confirmed in one system
  2. Records and tasks are created everywhere at once
  3. The checklist is generated from the job type
  4. The next person is assigned automatically
  • Fewer manual handoffs
  • Lower error rates
  • Hours returned to the team
  • More operational capacity

04How it works

A clear path from audit to working system

Choose the level of support that fits the moment. Start with an initial assessment, prove one workflow, then keep improving it.

  1. 01 · Discover

    Efficiency audit and priorities

    Complimentary · about 30 minutes

We map how work moves, find the costly manual steps and rank the opportunities by impact against effort.

A short, ordered plan: what to automate, what to leave alone and what to do first.

  2. 02 · Implement

    Automation sprint

    Weeks, not months

We build the highest-value operational or lead and lifecycle workflow first, around the tools you already use. One clear scope, one measurable outcome, live in your business.

A working system, documented and handed over.

  3. 03 · Improve

    Ongoing implementation partner

    Monthly

We monitor what is running, improve it, and keep building. New workflows, agents, integrations and reporting as the business changes.

An automation layer that keeps paying its way.

05Engagements

Clear starting points, scoped properly

The initial assessment is complimentary. After that, choose a focused build or ongoing improvement. These are indicative starting points, confirmed once the workflow is understood.

Operations Automation Sprint

For teams spending too much time moving information between systems, updating records, chasing handoffs or creating repetitive reports.

Scoped

Weeks, not months

Fewer manual steps, fewer errors and more operational capacity.

Discuss a workflow

Lead & Lifecycle Automation Sprint

For organisations generating valuable enquiries but relying on manual qualification, routing, follow-up or nurturing.

Scoped

Weeks, not months

Faster response, fewer lost leads and a more reliable journey to a sales conversation.

Discuss a workflow

Ongoing improvement

A flexible monthly partnership to monitor, improve and extend what is running.

From £200/month

Monthly partnership

For teams ready to keep building an automation layer over time.

Discuss a workflow

Indicative starting points. Final scope, timing and any software usage fees are agreed before work begins.

06Questions

What people ask before they start

Straight answers to the questions that usually come up before an automation project.

How quickly does something go live?
The audit takes about thirty minutes and the roadmap follows within a few days. A first automation sprint is normally scoped in weeks rather than months, because we deliberately keep the first scope narrow.
Do we need technical people in the team?
No. We do the building. What you get back is a working system, a named owner inside your business and documentation written for the person who will use it.
Will this replace the tools we already use?
Almost never. We build around your existing stack and connect it. There is no ISEQO platform to license and nothing to migrate to.
Is this about replacing staff?
No. The work we remove is the work nobody wanted to do: rekeying, chasing, copying between systems. The point is to let the team you have take on more of the work that needs a person.
What if automation is not the right answer?
Then we say so. Part of the audit is deciding what should stay manual. If the business case does not stack up we will not recommend building it.

07Who is behind ISEQO

Built to implement, not just advise

ISEQO was founded to close the gap between what AI can do and what a growing business actually needs. Those are not the same thing. Our job is to separate useful automation from technology for its own sake.

Experience spans AI and automation, analytics, integration and digital delivery. Every project starts with the same question: where is this business losing time, and what is worth fixing first?

  • The person who runs your audit scopes the build
  • Senior, hands-on involvement on every engagement
  • No account managers between you and the work

Find out what your business is spending on busywork.
