How we collect, use and look after your information.
Last updated 31 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information ISEQO collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to iseqo.com and to the enquiry and audit application forms on it.
Who we are
ISEQO is an AI automation and implementation partner working with organisations in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. If you have a question about how we handle your data, or you want to exercise any of the rights set out below, please get in touch through our contact page and mark your message for the attention of the data controller.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or apply for an AI Efficiency Audit we collect your name, work email address, company, your role, an optional phone number and website, and the answers you give about your business, its size, the tools you use and where time is being lost. We also collect anything you choose to write in a free text field.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site we collect limited technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the time and date of the visit. This comes from our analytics tooling and from standard server logs.
We do not ask for and do not want special category data, payment details, or client data belonging to your own customers. Please do not include any of it in a form.
Why we use it
- To reply to you. Your contact and audit details are used to respond, to prepare properly for a call, and to run the engagement if you go ahead.
- To understand the site. Usage data tells us which pages are useful and where people give up, so we can improve them.
- To meet our obligations. Where the law requires us to keep records, resolve a dispute or enforce an agreement.
The lawful basis is legitimate interests for replying to a business enquiry and for understanding how the site is used, contract where we are delivering work for you, consent for any non-essential cookies, and legal obligation where record keeping is required of us.
Marketing
We do not add form submissions to a marketing list automatically. If we ever send anything beyond a direct reply to your enquiry, it will be because you asked for it, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working, including remembering your response to the cookie notice, which is stored in your browser rather than on our servers. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used and are only set once you accept them. You can decline them in the notice, and you can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, analytics provider and, where used, our customer relationship management system. Each of them is bound to keep the information confidential and to process it only on our instructions.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where a valid request is made by a public authority. If the business were ever sold or merged, your information could transfer to the acquiring entity, and this policy would continue to apply until you were told otherwise.
Where your data is held
Our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards available under UK data protection law, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and audit applications are kept for as long as there is an active conversation and for up to two years afterwards, so we have context if you come back to us. Records relating to work we have delivered are kept for as long as our legal, accounting and insurance obligations require. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics tools we use.
How we protect it
Access to enquiry and audit records is limited to the people who need it. Accounts are protected by strong authentication, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the handling of your information seriously and design our own internal automations with least-privilege access.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Embedded content
Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos or documents from other websites. Embedded content behaves as though you had visited that other website directly, and those sites may collect data about you, set their own cookies and track your interaction with the embedded content.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
