The systems we build around your operation

We do not lead with a menu. We start with an audit, then build the operational workflow or Marketing & Revenue Automation system that will return the most time or protect the most revenue first.

  1. 01 Admin and workflow automation
  2. 02 Marketing & Revenue Automation
  3. 03 CRM and tool integration
  4. 04 AI-assisted reporting and intelligence

01What we build

Four systems, built around the tools you already use

Each one is a workflow rebuilt end to end, not a tool bolted on the side. Pick a tab to see how the same process runs before and after.

Admin and workflow automation

Teams lose hours a week to repetitive steps: rekeying the same data, moving files, chasing the next person in the chain.

We map how work actually moves, then rebuild the repetitive stretch as a monitored workflow that runs on its own and tells you when it does not.

How it runs today manual
  1. A job is confirmed in one system
  2. Someone rekeys the details into two others
  3. A checklist is copied from last time
  4. The next person finds out by email
How it runs after automated
  1. A job is confirmed in one system
  2. Records and tasks are created everywhere at once
  3. The checklist is generated from the job type
  4. The next person is assigned automatically
  • Fewer manual handoffs
  • Lower error rates
  • Hours returned to the team
  • More operational capacity

Additional capability

AI search and discovery optimisation

Search is shifting towards AI assistants that read structure, not keywords. We make sure the entities, schema and content hierarchy behind your brand are legible to them. Useful work, but it is not the reason most clients come to us.

  • Entity and schema structure
  • Content hierarchy
  • Machine readability
  • Discovery signals

02In detail

What each system actually does

The same four systems, written out. Most engagements begin with one workflow and expand once it has proved itself.

Admin and workflow automation

  • Fewer manual handoffs
  • Lower error rates
  • Hours returned to the team
  • More operational capacity

The problem. Teams lose hours a week to repetitive steps: rekeying the same data, moving files, chasing the next person in the chain.

What we build. We map how work actually moves, then rebuild the repetitive stretch as a monitored workflow that runs on its own and tells you when it does not.

Marketing & Revenue Automation

  • Faster response
  • Fewer lost leads
  • Reliable sales handoff
  • Clearer lifecycle reporting

The problem. Leads arrive through forms, campaigns, referrals and events, but qualification, follow-up and handoff still depend on someone remembering what happens next.

What we build. We connect lead capture, CRM, email and sales workflows so the right prospects move through the right journey automatically, with human intervention where it matters.

CRM and tool integration

  • Less duplicate entry
  • Clearer ownership
  • Smoother handoffs
  • Cleaner data

The problem. The same client exists in the CRM, the inbox, a spreadsheet and the finance system, and none of them agree.

What we build. We connect the tools you already pay for so a change in one is a change in all of them, with clear ownership at every step.

AI-assisted reporting and intelligence

  • One source of truth
  • Faster reporting
  • Clearer insight
  • Better decisions

The problem. Reporting is a day of copy and paste, and by the time it is ready the decision has already been made.

What we build. Automated reporting pulled from the systems of record, with an AI layer that summarises what changed and flags what is worth a look.

03Questions

What people ask before committing

How quickly does something go live?
The audit takes about thirty minutes and the roadmap follows within a few days. A first automation sprint is normally scoped in weeks rather than months, because we deliberately keep the first scope narrow.
Do we need technical people in the team?
No. We do the building. What you get back is a working system, a named owner inside your business and documentation written for the person who will use it.
Will this replace the tools we already use?
Almost never. We build around your existing stack and connect it. There is no ISEQO platform to license and nothing to migrate to.
Is this about replacing staff?
No. The work we remove is the work nobody wanted to do: rekeying, chasing, copying between systems. The point is to let the team you have take on more of the work that needs a person.
What if automation is not the right answer?
Then we say so. Part of the audit is deciding what should stay manual. If the business case does not stack up we will not recommend building it.
How does pricing work?
The initial assessment is complimentary. Implementation is quoted per sprint once the scope is clear, and ongoing partnership is a monthly arrangement. We price after the assessment because before it we would be guessing.
Can you automate marketing without running our marketing?
Yes. We build the operational systems around marketing and revenue: lead capture, CRM workflows, routing, follow-up, nurture and reporting. We do not run campaigns, paid media, SEO or social media retainers.
